Complimentary author session (Sept–Nov 2026): any section licence purchased in this window includes a complimentary 3-hour in-depth discussion with the authors. Sessions run in two 90-minute parts, two weeks apart, so the authors can explain findings, take initial questions, and then research and return with answers to anything specific your team is facing.
Specific Problem bundle support: every Specific Problem licence includes two quarters of dedicated support — up to 20 hours per month — with our team working side by side with yours to analyze the data from multiple angles and work through the matter at hand.
Sections 3 & 4 competitor intelligence: licences covering Sections 3 and 4 include a competitor analysis report refreshed every two weeks, covering up to 12 competitors of your choosing, with news, analysis, and possible strategic implications.
